Product Introduction:
The DU300W is a dedicated inspection system tailored for wheel hubs, offering an optimal solution for on-site inspection with its advanced technology, compact design, easy installation, and competitive pricing. Its rapid motor-driven dual-opening doors can fully open or close within 2 seconds, enabling efficient loading and unloading of workpieces for sampling, partial, or comprehensive inspection, all achieved with high efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The entire inspection process is monitored via cameras inside the lead room or through lead glass windows.
The wheel hub loading platform features self-rotation, horizontal rotation, and longitudinal movement. The hub rotates driven by roller shafts, with simultaneous horizontal rotation of the roller shafts. The X-ray tube and imager are mounted on both ends of the C-arm, driven by CNC motors for precise vertical movement. With the inclusion of Daoqing Technology's specially designed n×360° horizontal rotation, the system achieves thorough wheel hub inspection with four degrees of freedom.
The XRIS 2 image processing system provides integral noise reduction, image preservation, and dimension measurement capabilities. Leveraging Daoqing Technology's HDI image processing method, the system presents clear defect visualization.
Compliant with rigorous quality control and the latest national safety standards, the DU300W system ensures radiation protection in adherence to national safety regulations (Regulation GB18871-2002).
